free foods

These are foods and beverages that you may eat whenever you want—without having to worry about counting portions or calories. You can use these foods to increase the appeal of other “healthy” foods. For example, a nonfat dip will encourage you to eat those baby carrots and celery sticks. If you have a sweet tooth, try a diet Jell-O with light whipped topping! All of these foods or beverages contain less than 20 calories per serving and have little or no fat.
