Sweet And Sour Chicken-Low Cal/Lowfat*
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
1 egg white
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon grated ginger
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1 (8-ounce) jar baby corn, drained
1 (8-ounce) can sliced bamboo shoots, drained
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
In a large bowl, mix the cornstarch, white pepper, and egg whites. Add the chicken and toss until well coated.
Heat a large nonstick wok until blazing hot. Coat the bottom of the pan with the canola oil. Add the chicken to the pan and move continuously to prevent chicken from sticking together. Saute for about 1 1/2 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the wok and keep warm.
Over high heat, add to the wok the soy sauce, tomato paste, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and marmalade. Lower heat and simmer for approximately 30 seconds to thicken. Add the baby corn and bamboo shoots and warm through.
Once sauce is thick and warm, whisk in the pineapple.
To serve, arrange chicken strips on a platter and pour the sauce over the chicken.

Beauty Goofs
Yuk, your hair has fallen flat, your nail polish is chipped, your lips are chapped and your eyes looked like you've been boxing with Foreman! Boy, whatta mess! Don't worry beauty help is on the way...
Most likely the cause of your fallen tresses lies in your overzealous use of volumizers. Believe it or not, they can strip hair of its natural oils, the ones that can give it natural body. Try using a volumizing shampoo and conditioner instead. Look for ones that contain phyokeratin which actually thickens each strand of hair making yours look full and lustrous-almost like you were born with hair this great!
And speaking of hair. If yours lacks shine it could be religious use of shine serum which can leave a dulling residue. To put the brilliance back, use your shine serum sparingly, and use a clarifying shampoo once a week-Sunday is a great day to clarify and deep condition!
Chapped lips hurt and look terrible. If your lip balm contains ingredients like menthol or camphor they could be the culprits. They really dry your lips out by removing their natural moisture. Try using a lip balm that contains petrolatum, coconut oil or shea butter, and skip any that say they are "medicated."
If your nail polish chips the day after you apply it, the problem might lie in your topcoat, you mat be applying too much. The next time you paint your fingers, apply two thin coats of polish and follow with one layer of topcoat. The more you layer on polish the thicker it gets, making chips more likely.
Are puffy eyes a problem? If you use a ton of anti-aging eye creams, they could be the reason you wake up to bags. They contain very rich ingredients that attract water and moisture to the eye area, and overnight this can pool under the eye, causing bags. To eliminate the bags and help with the dark circles as well try Hylexin. It is taking the beauty industry by storm, it works almost instantly and the price is right considering the generous size tube. Order yours at www.hylexin.com
