Hello Di,

Since I have read your message I tried to search the product and this site has all the information about it: http://www.4starhealth.com/relacore.php

From their detailed description, I was amazed and finally decided to take Relacore to get rid of my fat belly with no side effects.

Thanks for the information!

That is great Shannon, of course it will last! If you think it will, it will.

I am the biggest skeptic on the planet. I also will do anything to sabotage my goals. I have only been on Relacor for 3 days but the effect was almost immediate. For me, my eating is all stress related. I don't know anything about cortisol production or stored fat (other than seeing it in the mirror every day). It doesn't matter. This is the only thing that has dramatically reduced my cravings for cookies, sugar and just sticking my hands in the cupboard when I am bored or angry or whatever! I know it sounds corny, but it is SO liberating. I will keep you posted to tell you if this lasts.

After reading these I am more confused than before. I am 41,5'5" and weigh 130 lbs. I currently wear between a 4 and 6 and excercise 30-40 minutes 3-4 days a week. I want to lose the belly fat and improve by abs. I would also like to reduce the size of my thighs. Would a supplement help me. What would work best- relacore or aprinol????? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Try the Aprinol, which directly targets your upper body fat. There is a anytime money back guarantee on every bottle, so you have nothing to lose. Our customers have been really happy with the results. Are you eating good clean foods and exercising? If not, get your doctors approval, and start a program today.
Do cardio exercises like walking 5 times a week for at least thirty minutes.
Weight training will reshape your whole body, so do two whole body workouts a week

Could you please specify the contents of Aprinol..how exactly does it work?
Also I have seen advertised a number of new gel items where you apparently simply rub them in and they begin to dissipate the fat, do these work and if so, how is the fat removed from the body?

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of pageLink to this message   By Tiffany/Editor on Monday, January 21, 2002 - 11:06 am:

Hi,

The Aprinol is a proprietary blend of herbs and a pure, pateneted strain of ephederine that works by targeting the upper bodyfat.

The gels, like the Dermalin work by shrinking the fat cells in the area it is applied. It works like dieting does, but instead of just randomly losing the weight from just anywhere, you can actually lose it where you want to, and do not worry, very small amounts are released at a time, and you can burn them off by taking a fat burner, exercising and eating right.

I just started taking the Anorex and am using the Dermalin as well. Just a few days into it but have been feeling the results somewhat. I do feel a rush of heat as the anorex dissolves in my body, which for me is uncomfotable. I hate to be hot. I also have very dry mouth but am drinking the water all day long. Not much exercise because of job in front of computer all day long. I have lost some around my middle so far but not much. I was wondering if it is OK to use the Anorex and Dermalin along with the Aprinol for upper body fat. Should they be taken at different times or used all together at the same time?

is the gel, Dermalin guarenteed? I have spent so much money on stuff that didn't work that I'm not sure what to believe anymore. I workout 6 days a week (3 days cardio and 3 days weights) and I just can't get rid of my belly fat no matter how healthy I eat and how much I workout. I do have two kids but I have seen women with four and no pouch. What should I do?

I'm have the same problem as jennjenn, no matter how much I exercise and crunches I do I still have the belly. Any help you could give. And as for the creams you rub on I can't afford them.

the only way to have a flat stomach is to have no fat on your stomach. you could do a million crunches a day and you still wouldn't have flat abs if there was fat on them. to get rid of the fat do enough cardio and watch what you eat. make sure your diet is balanced. you should eat no more than 30 grams of fat a day. you should eat a gram of protein per pound of weight, and a generous amount of carbs. make sure to steer clear of proccessed foods (white bread, white rice, chips, cookies) and sugar. proccessed foods and sugar will kill your quest for flat abs.

I always thought white rice (with chicken), was the way to go...I too am having trouble with the midsection fat. I'm at the gym daily, and eating healthy. I eat alot of white rice, do you think this is why I'm having difficulty shedding the last five pounds?
How much does Aprinol cost?

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of pageLink to this message   By wpooh630 on Tuesday, April 09, 2002 - 10:17 am:

white rice is a processed food. it is not necessarily bad for you. if you were to substitute brown rice for the white rice you are eating now you would probably lose the last 5 pounds.

Stomach fat is the hardest to lose. Its so difficult to do sit-ups and sometimes painful as we get older.
I decided to have a tummy tuck last August because I had back surgery the year before and had trouble with sit-ups. So, I splurged and did it! It was the best thing I have ever done cosmetically!!
If you really are serious to lose weight in that area and are motivated, its an easy fix. It takes a good year to be rid of the numbness in the lower ab area but, I can cope with it. My tummy is flat enough to bounce a coin off of it!

WHICH IS A BETTER PRODUCT FOR WEIGHT LOSE AND A HUGE TUMMY FAT PROBLEM? I have thought of phentremine and then heard of this product relacore.Which of these are fastest for weight lose? and i meam fastest

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of pageLink to this message   By Editor on Tuesday, September 17, 2002 - 11:02 am:

I have am not terribly familiar with the phentremine so I cannot say judged by that. But I do know the Relacore is effective in lowering your body's level of cortisol, the fat producing, fat storing and stress hormone. The less cortisol you have floating around the easier it is for you to lose weight. It really isn't a stimulant, it does contain a small amount of caffeine. But alot depends on your lifestlye, diet and exericise program--true with any supplement you take. Why not give Relacore a try? There is a full anytime money back guarantee so you have nothing to lose. Call 1-800-898-5153 or go to www.relacore.com

Has anyone tried Relacore? Does it work on stubborn midsection fat for women over 40?

Top of pagePrevious messageNext messageBottom of pageLink to this message   By Di on Tuesday, February 18, 2003 - 07:14 am:

I have been on Relacore for a few weeks. At first I was not seriously dieting and I didn't notice any change. Then I got my game plan and got serious and I did notice a change. In fact, in a matter of a week I could wear clothing that I haven't been able to wear in awhile.

Thanks Di - I will give Relacore a try. Please keep us updated on your progress!
